222 Beechwood was an Esso gas station for a number of years prior to approvals to build a condominium on the site. Domicile has named the project after Rupert Kavanaugh, who has recently retired after working for 59 years pumping gas on Beechwood.
The Kavanaugh will consist of ground floor retail and residential condominiums above. Future residents can take advantage of the boutique shops and restaurants on Beechwood Avenue and still be within close proximity to downtown Ottawa.
