The Richcraft Towers development will include an 18 storey, 45 storey and 55 storey building in Ottawa’s growing Little
Italy neighbourhood. Richcraft Developments has retained an acclaimed architectural firm based out of Mississauga to
design the condo buildings– Graziani and
Corazza Architects Inc
Proposed in the development is to connect building B to the O-Train (which will eventually be connected to The
Confederation Line). The condos will feature retail uses at grade and
indoor and outdoor amenity spaces with a courtyard connecting the buildings.
